  • Where can you send my luggage to? Can I specify the time my luggage should be delivered?
    Your luggage can be sent to any place within our service area in Kyoto, be it a hotel or Airbnb, at least if there is a person to receive your luggage, we can deliver in no time. You also can specify the time for the delivery, but no later than 8PM the same day.
  • Can I pay with credit card or PayPal?
    In principle the payment is in cash during luggage pick up. We also accept Paypay, Paypal and Alipay. Credit card is not available.
  • Where is the luggage pick-up point when I arrive to Kyoto Station?
    We will meet in front of Kyoto Gekijo (Kyoto theater) if you are coming by train (Haruka/JR/Shinkansen) Please let us know your train boarding time and estimated arrival time Please send us your luggage photo before you arrive.   • Where do you pick up the luggage if I come by limousine bus?
    We will meet in front of Hoshino coffee shop Please let us know your train boarding time and estimated arrival time Please send us your luggage photo before you arrive.
  • Payment for hotel to hotel delivery
    If we cannot meet in person, you can leave your bags at the hotel front desk. Please put cash in a plastic bag Our staff will pick up your bags after you check out. Please tell the hotel staff that KOMATSU staff will pick up by 3 pm on the day. Or please show the following text to the hotel front desk.
